Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd was established on April of 2008, and it is one of the five finance leasing enterprises with banking background upon the approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission. It was jointly established by China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd and the registered capital is RMB5.095 billion.

 As of December 2014, the total assets of MSFL exceeded RMB130 billion (US$ 20 billion); net income is over RMB1,8 billion (US$280 million)；total accumulated capital put into business is about 250 billion (US$40 billion) since MSFL  established, total net income is over 6 billion (US$1billion). As of December 2014, the total fleet of MSFL is about 300, and business jet fleet is about 200. MSFL is the biggest business jet leasing company in Asia and domestic leading ship leasing company. Recent year, MSFL started to extent the business in commercial aircraft,、energy conservation、medical equipment、new energy vehicles、electronic information industry.
